Services : Leak Tracing
For building owners and tenants, we offer a leak tracing and repair service. We have had many years of experience with all types of roofing and waterproofing systems.

We have six repair crews and can respond in most cases within two hours. We will trace the leak and in most cases apply a temporary patch to stop any further water damage to the structure. After this, we will return on a dry day and carry out a permanent repair with the same type of roofing or membrane. Finally, we will return to check the area in the next rain to make sure the leaks have stopped.

At Marine Roofing we believe roof repairs should blend in with the original roof. The building owner is left with a repair that is almost undetectable and doesn't detract from the building's appearance. 		So Where's The Leak?
