Marine Roofing has offered clients its Leak Prevention Program for many years. It is an informal agreement
with many of the benefits of a service contract. It gives commercial building managers an effective
strategy for: a) minimizing risk of roof leakage emergencies, b) providing predictable and manageable roof maintenance
costs, and c) lowering capital expenses for roofing over an extended period of time.
The program is based upon clearly defined expectations from both parties. Marine Roofing is expected to perform
regular inspections, analysis, reporting, recommendations, repairs and maintenance according to a predetermined
schedule. Marine Roofing will give priority service to clients who participate fully in the program year after
